The Living Room is a unique, versatile and comfortable function venue situated beside the heritage listed Morton fig trees on the Greenwood Plaza Rooftop directly opposite North Sydney Railway Station. We are able to cater for various sizes and styles of functions ranging from small gatherings on our comfortable leather lounges to 150 seated guests and an even greater capacity, 200+ for cocktail parties.

The highly professional and friendly team at The Living Room will ensure that your function will be highly enjoyable and a memorable occasion. We aim to be flexible in the set up of your function and will do our best to meet any special requests.

There are two function rooms available, these can be joined when booking the whole premises. The separate Private Dining Room is suitable for smaller functions and is ideal for boardroom meetings, conferences, product launches and seminars. The main function room is suitable for larger functions and events. The room offers an extensive cocktail bar, fireplace, lounges, dance floor, band stage, open kitchen, fish tanks and a large open space which can be arranged to suit your personal requirements. The Living Room bar contains 4 large sets of leather lounges and is a good alternative for casual get-togethers.
